Lovely 4 bedroom villa with private pool, located close to the village centre and to the local beaches. Enjoy the lovely sea view, and the proximity of all amenities while being in a peaceful and quiet environment.
If you are travelling with small children, please take into consideration that the pool does not have an isolation fence.
Ground floor – living room, kitchen, one bedroom, shower with toilet.
First floor – 3 bedrooms with double beds, bathroom with shower and toilet.
Patio on the ground floor, terrace on the first floor.

We have one locker with personal things which will be locked. The technical room below the house will be locked as well. All other amenities are at our guests’ disposal
The villa is located on a hill (which guarantees a great view), so I advise you to rent a car. the car is also useful to visit all the surrounding beaches.
The nearest beach is 11min by foot.
Nearest supermarket/coffee shop – 8min by foot.
Guests with small dogs are allowed.
No parties or loud music.
No smoking inside the premises.

The coastal township of Chaniotis is located on the eastern coast of Kassandra peninsula, Halkidiki. It got its name due to the Cretan city of Chania — it was there where the founder of the settlement was born. According to the other version, the name of the village comes from the Greek word χάνι (chani) which means a tavern, as in due course time this place served as a transit point for travellers. Anyway, the name struck roots and survived to these days.
